Terms and Conditions: Here at SDC Executive Transportation, we always look forward to serving you with first-class service! It is the responsibility of the client to use, execute, cut and paste or exercise the use of any promotional codes when booking online. Promotional codes are for "book online use only" and are not for call in orders. All reservations require a credit card authorization. Your reservation is confirmed in writing by email sent to you (the Client) after submitting a payment, deposit or credit card authorization to SDC Executive Transportation (the Service Provider), its parent company, by website (http://www.atlantacarservicega.com) or by phone (404 380 0158). The client therefore agrees to the charges for service as stated to be billed to the credit / debit card on file. A signature may also be required at time of service. Overtime Policy for Charters 3 Hours or more. We have a grace period of 15 min overtime before an additional billing increment of 1 hour is billed. On PICK UP & DROP OFF limousine jobs, refreshments are the responsibility of the client. Client agrees to overtime charges until the vehicle is able to depart. Furthermore, on AIRPORT & ALL OTHER POINT TO POINT transfers client agrees to overtime charges until the vehicle is allowed to depart. LAST MINUTE (less than 24hrs.) reservations OR changes are subject to a 7% to18% sur charge. We make every effort we can to avoid unexpected overtime. With advanced notice, we can usually keep your vehicle(s) clear for additional optional hours at the same rate (unless otherwise stated in your reservation). Airport / Cruise Port Waiting Time Policy We do our best to track flight arrival times prior to pick up and will automatically adjust meeting time for small changes in arrival time. We allow a 20-minute loading time for DOMESTIC arrivals and 30-minute loading time for INTERNATIONAL arrivals, from the scheduled arrival or meeting time before additional overtime charge applies (billed in 1/4-hour increments). In the event of a major delay or early arrival it is the responsibility of the client to inform us of the changes ahead of time to avoid potential overtime charges or waiting time. If for any reason you are unable to find your driver when planned, it is the client’s responsibility to call us at 404-380-0158 to coordinate. Special Events: A initial deposit is required for Special Events (weddings, proms, promotional events, conventions etc.) no less than 30 days prior to the servicing date. A credit card authorization form may also be required. This deposit will be no less than 25% of the total estimated cost and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The second deposit is due NO LATER than 2 weeks prior to the event. Necessary changes are allowed if FIRST approved by the operations manager. Billing will be adjusted accordingly. In the event of mechanical breakdown, late pickup or disapproval of vehicle supplied to customer while on charter or a point-to-point type of service, SDC Executive Transportation will be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date OR give an adequate discount, replacement vehicle and or PARTIAL refund for any inconvenience. ***WE DO NOT GIVE 100% REFUNDS FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED AND ACCEPTED BY A CUSTOMER.*** If there is an issue with service the customer must FIRST contact SDC Executive Transportation BY EMAIL immediately with detailed information about any dissatisfaction. As we would like the opportunity to correct it right away. Damage Policy: In the unlikely event of excessive damage to the vehicle during your servicing, the client agrees to be held accountable for the actual cost of repair and cleaning. As smoking, eating and UNCONTAINED pets are not allowed in any of our vehicles. Small areas of contact and spills inside the limo / vehicle will cost a minimum of $50 to $100 and larger areas of contact & spills require a $300 fee for shampoo, sanitation, detailing and downtime. Abuse of the equipment or chauffeur will not be tolerated and could result in termination of service with no refund.
Cancellation Fee Policy: There is a grace period for cancelling your reservation with no fee if cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. Last minute reservations (booked with 72 hours or less prior to pick up time) do not qualify for a grace period and if canceled are billed the full rate. To cancel, please notify us by replying to our email and calling us @ 404-380-0158. Unless noted differently in your confirmation form, the cancellation fees are: 0% - Grace Period (within 24 hours of booking) 20% - Advanced Notice Cancellations (10 days or more ahead of time) 50% - Short Notice Cancellation (10 days or less ahead of time) 100% - Last Minute Cancellation (72 hours from pickup time) SDC Executive Transportation agrees to refund the appropriate portion based on the email notification timestamp if a prepayment has been made. Client authorizes their credit / debit card on file to be charged the appropriate cancellation fee.
